What is NGHBRS?
A Telegram Mini App with a map of the good places on Phuket, quests and partner perks. You check in at places, complete quests and earn points, achievements and statuses.
How do I check in at a place?
You have to be physically near the place, inside the radius set for that point, and tap «I am here». The check-in is confirmed by your location.
Why was my check-in rejected?
Usually location is off or imprecise, or you are outside the radius. Move closer to the entrance and turn precise location on.
What are achievements and statuses?
Achievements are awarded for specific things — visiting a district, finishing a series of places. A status is your general level of activity; it grows as points and achievements add up.
What is a quest?
A quest is a route of several points on one theme — the bars of Old Town, the island viewpoints. Steps are confirmed by location, a photo or a scan on the spot, depending on the quest.
How is a group quest different?
In a group quest a check-in by any team member counts for the whole team — not everyone has to check in personally.
Perks and promodays — what is the difference?
A perk is a standing discount or bonus a partner gives every neighbour. A promoday is a time-limited offer from the same partner, shown in the app on specific dates.
How do I use a perk?
Show the QR code from your profile to the staff — they scan it and see the terms of the perk in their own language.
How do I find what is near me?
The «Places» section lists points by category — eat, party, move, chill, explore, settle in — sorted by distance.
How do I become a partner?
There are several tiers, from a free basic listing to paid levels with promodays, quests and placement in the app. Ask the NGHBRS team for details.
Where are the events?
Big events and themed meetups are in the «Events» section, and in the community Telegram and Instagram.
Do I need to register?
No. The app opens inside Telegram and your profile is tied to your Telegram account.
